Lisa Tsoupelis’s [soop-el-is] background is in management, customer service, and real estate with a degree from the University of Cambridge in Human Resources. Born in a small town near Cambridge in the United Kingdom, she moved to Washington D.C. with her husband in 2004. Lisa’s vast experience as a real estate transaction coordinator, working on hundreds of real estate sales in the DMV area, allowed her to gain valuable customer service orientated knowledge of the entire real estate process. Her experience as an everyday resident of the area has heightened her knowledge of the Capitol Region, but has also built her deep admiration for our community.  Lisa understands the importance of customer service, and strives to ensure every client is given the attention they deserve.

PR & Communications Specialist

Montanna serves as the Public Relations and Communications Specialist for RLAH. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors in Media and Professional Communications and certificate in Digital Media and has since been pursuing her passion for public relations throughout an expansive list of industries. After several years in Austin, TX working on national campaigns, she moved back to the East Coast and entered the world of real estate. Her passion for communication and story-telling help her to best share the stories of RLAH while having a voice in creating them with a strategic and thoughtful approach. 

Vice President - Strategic Growth

April serves as Vice President of Strategic Growth for RLAH. With a background in real estate beginning during her college years at the University of Northern Iowa, April moved to the DC area in 2007 and has found herself working in a real estate capacity ever since. From creating a growth platform for one of the metropolitan area’s oldest real estate brokerages, and successful track record in real estate sales as an agent, April has the perfect background for developing RLAH in every aspect. April’s energy is focused on strategic opportunities inside and outside the brokerage, vendor relationships, internal services, and office growth and location.
