After a successful career in real estate sales, Heath now serves as Managing Broker for RLAH Real Estate. With a background in sports marketing/communication, Heath views the industry and his role as a true partnership between Realtor/client and Broker/agent—taking a team-based, collaborative, yet customized approach that builds trust and propels the process. Heath works closely with management in both internal and external aspects that help facilitate agent needs, additional services and brokerage development. Outside of real estate, Heath is probably watching baseball games, working out, playing with his two pups, woodworking, or planning his next family trip.

Lisa Tsoupelis’s [soop-el-is] background is in management, customer service, and real estate with a degree from the University of Cambridge in Human Resources. Born in a small town near Cambridge in the United Kingdom, she moved to Washington D.C. with her husband in 2004. Lisa’s vast experience as a real estate transaction coordinator, working on hundreds of real estate sales in the DMV area, allowed her to gain valuable customer service orientated knowledge of the entire real estate process. Her experience as an everyday resident of the area has heightened her knowledge of the Capitol Region, but has also built her deep admiration for our community. Lisa understands the importance of customer service, and strives to ensure every client is given the attention they deserve.
Marcus has worked in real estate marketing for over a decade, assisting in the promotion of thousands of homes for multiple brokerages. With experience in multimedia, journalism, and advertising, he works closely with the #RLAH agents to best ensure their listings and online presence are visibly highlighted at the forefront of printed materials, digital assets, social media, and both company and personal websites. His extensive knowledge in real estate marketing has led him to a long career in which he has worked directly with staff, management, vendors, clients and agents. Marcus has been with the RLAH @properties team for 6 years and in that time has overseen 3 website redevelopments, multiple system and efficiency program updates and a myriad of marketing enhancements as the company has grown into a $2 billion brokerage.
