RLAH Real Estate Ranked #6 on Washington Business Journal's 2021 Best Places to Work List

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 20, 2021) - During what may be the last virtual event of 2021, Washington Business Journal’s, Alex Orfinger announced the rankings of the 75 companies named as a 2021 Best Places to Work. RLAH Real Estate brought home the 6th place award out of 20 companies in the “Small Company” category. 

The Best Places to Work Awards celebrate companies in the DMV that prioritize organizational culture and creating strong connections to the workplace for employees, and RLAH could not be more proud and honored to be considered among this list. Among many other factors, RLAH Real Estate was placed on the list based on feedback from employees on topics like perks, leadership, office space, culture and more.

“We’ve always been, and always will be, a people-first company,” said President Justin Levitch. “Our support staff is the motor behind our agents, and they work relentlessly to assure that RLAH agents are successful. In what most would consider a high-stress industry, it’s nice to work with people that truly enjoy working together as a team”.

Although RLAH has over 320 agents licensed under the brokerage, there are only 24 people who are designated as full-time staff, thus why they are considered in the “Small Company” category. From the Marketing and Media Departments, to HR and Finance, each role is responsible for helping the agents succeed with their buyers and sellers. 

Throughout this year, RLAH Real Estate has also been recognized by Washingtonian in their Best Agents edition as well as Real Trends’ annual list of top 500 Real Estate Brokerages in the country.
