About the job

The Marketing Liaison should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, print marketing, advertising and brand stewardship. The Marketing Liaison will shape the agents’ marketing and branding projects, from concepts and development through implementation and tracking. The Media Department provides essential services and strategy to our agents to elevate their marketing efforts.

The Marketing Liaison will work collaboratively with the entire Media Department and key external vendors to execute a wide variety of initiatives and help ensure cohesion between the RLAH brand and the marketing/advertising deliverables of our agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the agents on their introduction to the media team
  • Oversee key aspects of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube)
  • Understand, develop, create and implement new social media tactics, both on your own and that come directly from management
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to get all resources needed to maintain quality and quantity of agent marketing
  • Assist members of the marketing team with executing needs of agents
  • Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes
  • Provide outstanding client service to make agent marketing efforts less time consuming and more effective
  • Ordering marketing materials from different vendors as necessary
  • Working with and providing excellent customer service to the clients (300+ agents)
  • Manage workflow from beginning stages to the end (including follow ups)
  • Working with a team of designers, website specialists and social media experts
  • Ability to work quickly to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
  • Any activity required by management/leadership

Requirements:

  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills, and exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented environment with diverse groups of people
  • Excellent, professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing experience

Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, collaborative, and possess the ability to create original work that brings strategy to life as well as work within our templates. To be considered for this position, qualified applicants must submit work from their portfolio along with their resume. The ideal submission includes print and digital work.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating designs, concepts and layouts for the team’s printed and online marketing materials with a clean and modern aesthetic that communicates brand values
  • Ordering marketing materials from different vendors as necessary
  • Working with and providing excellent customer service to the clients
  • Manage workflow from beginning stages to the end (including follow ups)
  • Collaborating with our team of designers, website specialists and social media experts
  • Ability to work quickly to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once

Requirements:

  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, and creativity
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, photoshop, and InDesign
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills, and exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented environment with diverse groups of people
  • Able to work independently, accept feedback, and reprioritize workload
  • 2 years of graphic design or graphic arts experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Desired:

  • Basic video editing and/or animation skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro 2020)
  • BA/BS in graphic arts or graphic design preferred, not required

  • Manages a DC office (supply ordering, overall office maintenance, etc)
  • Answer and direct all calls
  • Welcome and greet all guests
  • Processes checks
  • Manage certain marketing efforts
  • Support media department with projects
  • Any activity required by management/leadership

The RLAH Real Estate Web Designer must be self-motivated, collaborative, and possess the ability to create original work that brings strategy to life. The ideal candidate will be able to develop (or assist in upgrading to) modern websites, primarily in Wordpress or Squarespace, and is able to take direction that ranges from vague to highly specific (depending on the client). To be considered for this position, qualified applicants must submit work from their portfolio along with their resume. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating concepts and layouts for the team’s printed and online marketing materials
  • Participate in strategy sessions with clients to help articulate requirements, preferences, and expectations
  • Creation and maintenance of websites (Placester, SquareSpace, WordPress)
  • Working with and providing excellent customer service to the clients
  • Manage workflow from beginning stages to the end (including follow ups)
  • Optimize pages so that they are responsive on all browsers and devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reported website issues from the team or clients
  • Working with a team of designers, website specialists and social media experts
  • Ability to work quickly to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
  • Must be able to work with minimal oversight from leadership
  • Proactively create and conceptualize ideas for agents and brokerage
  • Ordering marketing materials from different vendors as necessary
  • Any activity required by management/leadership

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, and creativity
